About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team at Stx Next Sp Z.O.O. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve complex design problems and create innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and prototypes
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product design
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
