Responsibilities- Lead and grow a team of engineers specializing in video player development.

- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with a focus on performance and career development.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of projects that address complex challenges in the video player domain.
- Ensure best practices in software development, including coding standards, peer code reviews, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in video player performance and reliability.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and set priorities.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and other teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of industry experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
- A proven track record of developing solutions used by millions of users.
- Experience working with multiple code stacks, including mobile, web, backend, db, and infrastructure.
- The ability to demonstrate expertise in front-end customer-facing applications.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
