About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer to join our engineering team at Intugo. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality PHP applications using LAMP technology.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop new features and improve existing ones.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of web services.
  • Develop and maintain front-end technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Contribute to the full life cycle of software development, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Participate in code and release management, ensuring efficient and effective deployment of software.
  • Develop software architecture documents and other design artifacts to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborate effectively with a distributed team, including local and offshore team members.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in LAMP technology.
  • Technical proficiency in Linux, Apache/NGINX web servers, PHP, PostgreSQL, MySQL database.
  • Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel and understanding of MVC frameworks.
  • Web service integration using technologies such as REST, XML, SOAP.
  • Front-end technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Working knowledge of Git for version control.
  • Consuming and creating web services.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Front-end technologies such as React or other frameworks.
  • Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Unit testing.
  • Page load optimization.
  • Responsive design.
Work Environment

Full-time position, remote-hybrid work arrangement in Zapopan, Jalisco.

$27,000.00 per month salary.

Monday to Friday work schedule.
