As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of Mechanical, Electronics, Optical, Simulation, and Software domains in Lamps development projects.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the technical realization of product development projects, meeting legal and customer requirements, timing, and cost milestones.
- Coordinate and analyze technical requirements of our customers and develop system concepts with an interdisciplinary team.
- Evaluate technical changes and develop and implement appropriate solutions.
- Represent the functions in the project team and in the direction of the customer.
- Define system breakdowns in terms of hardware, software, and design and commission project-specific development.
- Analyze correlations and effects and ensure the reliable realization of system properties and release defined component configurations after testing.
- Analysis & alignment of legal, safety, customer, and Hella requirements.
- System Requirements Specification.
- Leading the DFMEA activities.
- System Integration Planning.
- Technical Reviews & Product Release.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- A completed degree in Physics or Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering with a reinforcement in design, lighting technology, or electronics and strong analytical thinking.
- More than 7 years of experience in the development of electronic, optical, or mechanical systems and an expert in at least one of these disciplines.
- Capability to lead multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams, manage budget, resources, define timing plans, and prioritize activities to achieve customer and internal milestones.
- Capability to handle the customer.
- Fluent English and a high disposition to travel and mobility.
- Self-initiative, organized, and ownership.
