Job Description
Prime Travelers Club by BDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand & Communications Manager to lead and develop our brand strategy, manage online communications, and coordinate the designer and social media teams. This role is crucial in creating awareness within our resorts portfolio and ensuring consistent brand communication across all Sales Centers in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase awareness and visibility of the Prime Travelers Club within the resort's portfolio.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform brand strategy and positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
Online Communications Management:
Oversee and manage all online communications, including social media, online reputation, and public relations.
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance engagement and reach across various platforms.
Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
Coordination of Designer and Social Media Teams:
Lead and coordinate the designer team to create all necessary club collaterals, ensuring high-quality and on-brand materials.
Work closely with the social media department to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns and content.
Provide guidance and support to team members to foster creativity and productivity.
Brand Communication Coordination:
Ensure consistent and effective brand communication among all Sales Centers in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica.
Develop training and communication materials for Sales Centers to ensure they are well-informed and aligned with the brand strategy.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, online reputation management, and public relations.
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (both Spanish and english).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the travel, hospitality, or leisure industry - VACATION CLUBS is a plus.
