What do we expect from you as an Airport Concierge?

- Advanced conversational English (Essential).
- Conversational French (Desirable).
- A passion for customer service and interacting with people from different -nationalities.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours (rotating shifts).

What will your role be at NexusTours?

- You will be the first point of contact for our clients upon arrival, welcoming them to their dream vacation.
- You’ll ensure that our clients receive fair, friendly, and personalized service tailored to their needs.
- You will be responsible for confirming that transportation is ready for client use.
