As a RETAIL TRAINING ADVISOR, you will encourage and assure our customers perform with the highest quality by the identification of training needs in Cancun, Quintana Roo

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform training needs analysis on our concessionaires stores teams to provide them with the skills needed to operate efficiently and with the finest customer service standards.
- Provide our customers teams with any needed training to help them grow and achieve proficiency in any soft or technical skill to perform up to company's standard.
- Work with other areas to help build or custom any learning material needed for the trainings.
- Improve and craft training programs, provide training to managers and directors.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a trainer or equivalent ideally for retail or commercial structures.
- Self driven person, comfortable performing under pressure in a high performance environment and passionate for training.
- Graduated from a Bachelor's or higher degree; preferably in Administration, Pedagogy, Communication or equivalent.
- Fluent English proficiency
