**senior sales executive** able to identify opportunities and develop business in Mexico, for assurance services portfolio (risk management, process safety and safety culture). This person will be responsible to bring new customers to DNV.

The position shall perform as a
**senior sales executive**, identifying opportunities and developing business in Mexico, for AS portfolio selling (risk management, process safety and safety culture). The
**Senior Sales Executive** is responsible for ensuring that sales targets are achieved by developing contacts and approaching new potential strategic markets and promoting pertinent DNV services as per the established sales & marketing strategy, tactical plan, and marketing plan.

This position will be based out of our DNV office in Mexico City, Mexico.

**What You’ll Do**
- Responsible for generating and closing leads and opportunities within Supply Chain & Product Assurance for large global accounts, in accordance with DNV’s México strategy and individual targets
- Consistent networking in Mexico and experience with assurance services portfolio / EHS sales
- Builds and maintains effective and professional relationships and close cooperation with key internal stakeholders and support teams, including Key Account Managers, Program Managers, technical teams, operations, and finance areas
- Executes business development and offers solutions to México based prospects for domestic opportunities
- Visits potential clients to present and prospect for new business
- Develops close working relationships with DNV Global affiliates to fully present DNV capabilities
- Develops and issues proposals, negotiates fees and finalizes terms and conditions as necessary
- Secures appropriate legal documents for client relationship, including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements and statements of work
- Prospects and qualifies opportunities within identified Strategic and Target Accounts
- Develops close partnerships with client service team to ensure transparency and understanding of client information and requirements
- Develops business and marketing plans with México Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure the achievement of targets
- Performs key administrative functions: preparation of pipeline reports, NGQ updated, maintenance of data in Intranet, and other reports/presentations as may be required by management
- Actively promotes the image, capability, and integrity of DNV to the marketplace

Position Qualifications:
**What Is Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in EHS advisory/ consultancy sales
- Experience prospecting and working with large Global Entities
- Experience in keeping consistent networking in Mexico and experience with assurance services portfolio / EHS sales
- Proven track record of delivery on target sales quotas
- Experience of strategic sales
- Demonstrable customer service and presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements
- Ability to discover explicit needs and to uncover implicit needs and business drivers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to sell on value to clear needs and pain points and opportunities not just to sell on price
- Strong written and verbal Spanish and English communication skills in different levels (C-level to operational), hands-on, flexibility and team working
