As a RETAIL TRAINING ADVISOR, ensure the performance and improvement of our customers with the highest quality by identifying training needs

**Key Responsibilities**
- To be a consultant for the dealer network on training, technical, commercial and on-line issues.
- Encourage and follow up on the training strategies of the area and its dealers.
- Efficiently provide on-line and face-to-face commercial training in México and different states.
- Improve and increase the OE indicators in the service part in your area.
- Follow up the basic practices through the business consultant.

**Qualifications**
- Previous proven experience as a trainer or equivalent, in commercial or retail structures.
- Bachelor's or higher degree; preferably in education, psychology, pedagogy or equivalent.
- English proficiency.
- Full travel availability to deliver face-to-face courses when required.
- Self-directed individual, comfortable working under pressure in a dedication environment and passionate about training.
