Overview:
Como parte del equipo de manufactura, usted es la fuerza impulsora detrás de la creación de nuestros productos de cocina y baño. Trabajarás de manera práctica con los productos, desde el manejo de la materia prima hasta el envío de una pieza completa. Usted es responsable de garantizar que todos los productos se ensamblen y fabriquen correctamente para brindar a los clientes una experiência sólida y constante. El conocimiento y la atención a todos los protocolos de seguridad es una parte esencial para mantener nuestras operaciones de fabricación segura y eficiente.
Part of the manufacturing team, you are the driving force behind the creation of our kitchen and bath products. You will work hands-on with the products themselves, from the handling of raw materials to the shipping of a completed piece. You are responsible for ensuring that all products are properly assembled and manufactured to bring customers a consistently strong experience. Knowledge and attention to all safety protocols is an essential part of keeping our manufacturing operations safe and efficient.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement plant procedures in all manufacturing processes.
- Identify deviations and define necessary actions to keep processes in control.
- Lead projects to improve process performance.
- Reduce process variability.
- Develop and maintain the necessary methods to ensure that critical variables remain in control.
- Reduce costs for re-work and waste.
- Establish the operating parameters, and implement the Set-Up of the processes as well as approve changes in them.
- Generate and maintain adequate and pertinent information for the analysis and decision making on the performance of the processes.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the Quality Management system.
- Promote safe conditions for work and operate under the safety standards and procedures established by the company.
Qualifications:
- Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial or Related Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in ceramic processes
- Lean Manufacturing
- Statistical Process Control
- Six Sigma Tool
- Project (desirable)
- MiniTab
- Core Tools
- Advanced Excel
- PPAPS
