Overview:
**Where you will make an impact**
- Provides technical assistance and performs troubleshooting to resolve user issues by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about related ERP Enterprise Applications.
- Develops and maintains plans outlining steps and timetables for projects related to upgrades and implementations of new products and/or functionalities.
- Scripts and/or automates common repeatable tasks across the spectrum of supported products and technologies.
- All members of the team are expected to participate in our on-call process (24/7 production support).
- Interacts with the customer and other consultants.
- Monitors, tracks, and reports project risks, issues, milestones and work completed, as well as work that is underway. Provides leadership for the customer enabling them to stay on time and on task.
- Creates and maintains documentation that describes programs, operating procedures, and installations including but not limited to: internal knowledge base, solutions and project updates.
- Publish, improve and maintain technical documentation along with processes and procedures
- Engage in continuous learning and adoption of new concepts, technologies and problem-solving techniques
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and self-starter attitude.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What you will bring**
- Degree from College or university in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; minimum three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
