- Planning of the entire logistics procedure (Especially Export).
- Management of import and export documents, (Invoices and Annex 24).
- Transportation Logistics Verify receipt of orders, control shipping schedule.
- Negotiate transportation and handling costs, as well as space and availability of equipment for air/sea/land cargo operations.
- Follow up closely with agents to ensure pricing is provided on time.
- Cooperate with internal department on production planning, Issue purchase order, all payments, such as advance/balance payments, import Tax, shipping fee, line, freight forwarder for shipping fee and truck/trailer fee.
Requirements: Excellent command of Excell and English 80% (Necessary), Responsibility, Punctuality, Minimum experience of 6 months in the area.
