El Analista de Crédito (Quality & Control Support) es un puesto a carga del análisis de base de datos y monitoreos desde el punto de vista de control/operativo y conocimientos aplicables a las políticas institucionales, ejecución de controles, valida documentación, información, datos en distintos sistemas; S041, CIP, ADMWIN, Citi, Screenig, ondeman,CX así como extracciones en Access y manejo de Excel. **Responsabilidades**:
- Identificar, analizar y resolver problemas clave de los controles asignados
- Ejecución de controles y Mejoras a líneas ARCM.
- Seguimiento integral de los controles asignados.
- Conocimiento en políticas corporativas (RMP, COB, MCA, Ausencia Obligatoria)
- Análisis y creación de Instrucciones de Trabajo
- Manejo de sistemas operativos.
- Documentación y actualización de SMLD,s (Convenios de Servicios).
- Atender solicitudes de facultades.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones, impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia
**Cualificaciones**:
- Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência relevante.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office.
- Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Habilidad para analizar datos y resolver problemas.
- Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.
**Educación**:
- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente
- Manejo de sistemas para realizar consultas y validación de datos
- Conocimientos sobre MCA
- Manejo de herramientas, Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Cruce de datos, fórmulas básicas.
- Análisis y mejora de controles.
- Revisión y documentación de procesos operativos.
