**HR Ops Manager**

**Main Purpose**

his role is accountable manging in the planning, coordination and delivery of the HR design & transition roadmap to ensure prioritization and sequencing according to overall project timeline, appreciation of critical technology pre-requisites and major business/HR transformation programs, assure adecuate change management and partner with Sector HR leadership to manage the HR transformation journey. Additionally this role will be responsible for Value Realization Track and financials for all transformation agenda projects.

**Accountabilities**
- Conduct the design phase activities for HR Functions based on the HR Operating Model, ensuring close collaboration with market and CoE teams, delivering an agreed proposal which delivers the business case for those markets.
- Track Value Realization & financials for all project agenda in HR Ops.
- Work closely with market leads to support the design of the retained organizations post-GBS.
- Work closely with Sector change management team to build an effective change plan and execution.
- Lead a succesful transition from market to GBS - through coordination of effective KC/KT activities, ensuring target go live dates are met with full activity transition completed.
- Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project, liaise with suppliers both internal and external.
- Responsible for Stakeholder Management - communicates short-term plans, priorities, and project status to relevant stakeholders, and project team.
- Responsible for completing project governance for all markets in LATAM.
- Work closely with GBS and sector leads to build and execute transition plans
- Support the smooth transition as activities are moved to GBS
- Assure productivity target is achieved.
- Aling the global strategy within HR Operations & Services Delivery Global Process Owner to leverage and processs improvement between different sectors.
- Assure within TR HR Ops & SD team the implementation of the governance model, KPIs and metrics, knowledge management and documentation agenda and continuous improvement.

**Education/requirements**

Education/Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or MBA (Business, Psychology, HR, or related).
- High Analytical skills & financial profile
- GBS Experience required (HR, Finance)
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), Portugueses (Intermediate).
- Interpersonal skills - able to establish strong relationships within HR Function and different areas.
- Global acumen, networking, collaboration and influence.
- Ability to consult and contract with the different leadership in COE/HRBP/TR Relationship Manager and Direct Reports.
- Able to lead Functional agenda within a matrix environment and global interaction.
- Strong people manager with the ability to give feedback, coach and build capability Collaboration with mlticulture teams and vendors.
- Strong skills in Project Management

**Non Technical Skills**
- Prior work experience within another CPG or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrixed environment.
- Prior experience in HR shared services administration and service delivery.
- Proven ability to influence internal clients providing a value adding point of view relative to the different areas that interact.
