**Tax Senior Manager, LATAM**
**Which is the main objective of this role?**
The role is responsible for supporting the Sr. Tax Director on all aspects of corporate tax planning and transfer pricing for the LATAM (ex. Brazil & Mexico) sector. The role includes provide business support on various matters including new product innovation, tax rate planning, and audit defense. The position is also responsible for providing support for the transfer pricing agenda for the LATAM sector which includes transfer pricing documentation, supply chain planning, and audit defense.
**What will you be doing?**
- Support the Sr. Tax Director with the LATAM (ex. Brazil & Mexico) tax planning agenda to design and implement tax planning initiatives within the scope of the current and proposed business models in order that PEP can meet its annual effective and cash tax rate targets.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation at a jurisdictional and international level and respond as necessary. Role is responsible for providing consultation to the Sr. Tax Director.
- Support the business in responding to questions from tax authorities and provide support to the Sr. Tax Director if the questions lead to an audit.
- Support the Sr. Tax Director on cash mobilization strategies together with Corporate Treasury, including identifying paths for cash mobilization and how to minimize mobilization costs where possible.
- Ensure compliance with international transfer pricing guidelines and ensure consistency of PEP’s transfer pricing policy across all jurisdictions in LATAM (ex. Mexico and Brazil).
Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in Finance (e.g., Accounting, Economics, etc.)
- At least 8 years of corporate tax experience.
- Knowledge of LATAM transfer pricing rules.
- Knowledge of international taxation.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong spreadsheet and complex modeling capabilities
- Strong attention to detail
