**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, to ensure seamless integration of UX design into our products.
- Leverage your UI design skills to create pixel-perfect designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of enterprise-level products that meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on user research and feedback to continually improve our products.
- Assist in the implementation of design prototypes and iterate on them to refine the user experience.

**Qualifications**
- Mobile and/or web design experience (flexible pending assignment requirements)
- UX & UI competencies, at least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
- Nice to have: Front-end development knowledge, particularly with React and Material UI, to facilitate effective collaboration with our engineering team.
- Familiarity with Webflow for design is advantageous a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and agile development environment.
- Portfolio / work samples

**Experience with the next tools and technologies**:
Experience with:

- Figma - primary tool (wires, UI, prototypes)
- FigJam - diagrams and client exercises
- Adobe CreativeCloud - potential image manipulation, illustration work
- Principle - complex prototyping (however, the majority of prototyping is done in Figma)
- After Effects - Motion work (exported using Lottie)
