Supervisor de Legal and SafetyObjetivo del puestoAsegurar que toda la flota cumpla con los requisitos legales, regulatorios y administrativos necesarios para operar sin riesgos. Gestionar trámites, verificaciones, placas, permisos, aseguradoras, corralones y documentación, manteniendo trazabilidad, cumplimiento y tiempos de respuesta eficientes para minimizar unidades fuera de circulación.Sobre nuestro clienteNuestro cliente es una empresa de soluciones financieras especializadas en movilidad que opera flota vehicular bajo modelos de suscripción, financiamiento y programas de inversión. Su operación requiere un control estricto de cumplimiento legal, seguridad operativa, aseguradoras, reposiciones y gestión documental.Responsabilidades principalesGestionar los trámites legales de la flota: placas, altas, bajas, permisos, verificaciones, refrendos y documentación obligatoria en cada unidad.Supervisar la relación con aseguradoras: emisión de pólizas, reportes de siniestros, estatus de reclamaciones, deducibles y gestiones administrativas.Dar seguimiento a unidades en corralón: liberación, documentación requerida, tiempos de resolución y coordinación con reposiciones y operaciones.Mantener un control documental completo: pólizas vigentes, históricos de verificaciones, comprobantes de trámites, expedientes por unidad.Colaborar estrechamente con el área de reposiciones para el proceso legal de recuperación de vehículos.Monitorear el estado legal de la flota y reportar desviaciones, incidencias y tiempos de resolución al Manager de Legal & Safety.Supervisar al equipo de analistas encargados de trámites legales y validación documental.Asegurar cumplimiento con normativas automotrices, de transporte y regulaciones locales.Coordinar con operaciones, talleres y aseguradoras para reintegrar unidades a la flota en el menor tiempo posible.Generar reportes periódicos sobre: verificaciones próximas a vencer, placas pendientes, liberar unidades en corralón, estatus de pólizas, costos por siniestro y tiempos de gestión.Proponer mejoras en procesos, tiempos y proveedores relacionados con trámites vehiculares.Perfil y competencias claveExperiencia mínima de 2 a 4 años en áreas legales de flotilla, arrendamiento, movilidad, transporte o gestión documental automotriz.Conocimiento profundo de trámites vehiculares, verificaciones, placas, altas y bajas, aseguradoras y normativas vigentes.Capacidad de supervisión de equipos, seguimiento de tareas y control de expedientes.Habilidad para interactuar con autoridades, aseguradoras, patios y proveedores externos.Orientación a detalle, orden documental, cumplimiento normativo y tiempos de entrega.Manejo intermedio de Excel, sistemas de control de flota o CRM.Comunicación clara y capacidad para resolver problemas administrativos y regulatorios.Condiciones y detallesTiempo completo, base en Ciudad de México.Reporta al Manager de Legal & Safety.Interacción directa con aseguradoras, autoridades, patios, reposiciones y operaciones.SUELDO: 35-40,000 PESOS BRUTOS
