Global ERP & Business Intelligence ConsultantIn this role, you will:Domain expertise in support of operational objective, and primarily focuses to craft and implement Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, D365 Finance and Operations, Power BI, and ISV solutions for our business unitsKey contributor across all phases of projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test) and 1st level supportCollaborate closely between internal team members, subject matter experts across the departments, IT team, and business partners to ensure high quality delivery/solutions and our standard processResearch and investigate issues that may be non-standard to propose the solutionsSupport continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to business efficiency and successOther tasks as deemed appropriate by the companyWhat you need to excel:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalentMinimum 5 to 10 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, D365 Finance and Operations, and Power BI experience of both functions and technical with at least 3 full cycle implementationsExperience with Product Model/Configurator, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain with WMS, Production with MES, and HR functionalities and modules in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 / D365 Finance and OperationsExperience with LCS, DevOps, Power Apps, Power Automate, Common Data Service, Dual Write, SQL query, API, EDIExperience with system integrations across the platforms such as D365 Sales, D365 Marketing, D365 Customer EngagementMicrosoft certifications such as below will be a great advantage:Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant AssociateDynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant AssociateDynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant ExpertDynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer AssociateDynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect ExpertPower BI Data Analyst AssociateAzure Database Administrator AssociateProficient in MS Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point, and VisioUnderstanding common industry standard business practices supported by Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, D365 Finance and Operations, and Power BI.Solid understanding of Relational Database conceptConsulting experience working with external customers/clients and good analytical skills.Good understanding with agile and waterfall delivery models is preferred.Experience with collaboration or communication and understanding of different cultures.Willing to travel to any of our business units located when its requiredPersonal qualities:Systematic, well-organized, and a team playerAbility to work independently and relate easily to operating as well as conceptual tasksProactive, initiating, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to set own agenda and formulate own tasks and ensure the roll outHighly confident with providing support and training to usersAttention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutionsComplex problem solver with creative solutionsSelf-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
