Description: Job Description . Reports to Sr. Project Director and VP/GM of Projects. . Responsible for pursuit, capture and management of all phases of large and/or complex projects. . Accountable for financial and technical success of the project. . Leads Project and Functional Managers to achieve project objectives. . Has bottom-line accountability for the financial and technical success of the project. . Develops and maintains a positive relationship with customers that lead to future work. . May manage Bid Proposals. . Can maintain effective leadership role consistently; across project teams and customers. . Delivers solutions to complex project problems using perspectives and resources from within and outside the project team. . Reviews and approves Project Execution Plan (PEP), Project Scope of Work, Project Setup, Project Closeout, Change Orders, Project Expenditures, budgets, estimates, cost reports, project financial forecasts and schedules. . Ensures clear and open communication with project team members and between project team and functional groups, the changes in scope of work and schedule are captured in the Change Management System (DTMS) and the implementation of Lessons Learned. . Focal point for the customer. . Manages the project managers, the project team, internal and external customer relationships, and the staffing of the project team with competent persons from the functional groups. . Manages to the cost, schedule, safety, quality and contractual requirements of the project through effective planning in accordance with company procedures. . Applies advanced understanding of the company's business to improve project cost effectiveness, apply change, risk and opportunity management principles, and improve project margin. . Demonstrates values in line with company values.
