Se especializa en ofrecer experiencias únicas y servicios de alta calidad en un ambiente competitivo y en constante evolución. Diseñar, implementar y supervisar estrategias de marketing para posicionar la marca en el mercado. Organización de eventos Gestionar campañas publicitarias tanto online como offline, asegurando su efectividad. Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar la alineación de la comunicación de la marca. Analizar el desempeño de las campañas y preparar reportes para optimizar resultados. Identificar oportunidades de mercado y proponer iniciativas innovadoras. Supervisar la identidad visual de la marca y garantizar su coherencia en todos los canales. Establecer relaciones con socios estratégicos y proveedores clave para maximizar el alcance de las campañas. Monitorear las tendencias del mercado y la competencia en la industria de ocio, viajes y turismo. El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos: Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Administración o áreas afines. Conocimientos sólidos en estrategias digitales y herramientas de análisis de mercado. Capacidad para liderar equipos y trabajar en entornos dinámicos. Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y negociación. Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel avanzado. Salario $30,000 - $40,000 + bono mensial Prestaciones de ley y beneficios adicionales atractivos.
