ob Description: MarTech Consultant (Client Success Manager) About Us: We are a dynamic team of digital marketing professionals committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a MarTech Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our key accounts. Role Overview: As a Client Success Manager, you will lead and manage the Client Success functional team, serving as a primary point of contact for our customers. Your role is critical in providing excellence in service delivery, planning, and execution, supporting both North American and global clients. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Client Success functional team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. Client Relationship: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing excellence in service delivery, planning, and executions. Collaborate with internal teams, including Client Directors and AE’s, to contribute to account success and development. Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project leadership teams on program roadmaps, campaign strategies, and execution calendars. Assist in planning and executing campaigns based on customer engagement roadmaps aligned with business use cases. Growth and Retention: Support the growth and retention of client relationships through annual and quarterly planning. Insights and Reporting: Work with clients to develop marketing campaign insights, campaign reporting, and operational metrics and presentations. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation. Experience working in a digital agency, consulting firm, or digital marketing organization. Technology Knowledge: Working knowledge of leading Marketing Technologies (e.g., Responsys, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Certification is a big plus. Client Engagement: Experience in supporting large enterprise clients and multinational organizations. International Collaboration: Experience working with remote teams in an international/multi-cultural environment is a plus.
