Lead quality control for final electronic products, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 standards. Apply quality tools such as D-MIC and 8D to monitor and improve processes. Track and report KPIs (SYP/FTP) to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while demonstrating autonomy and decision-making skills. Utilize ERP systems to support production and quality operations effectively. 6+ years of experience in the electronics industry with a background in Electronics Engineering. Expertise in final product quality and IPC-A-610 standards. Skilled in quality tools such as D-MIC and 8D, and KPI tracking (SYP/FTP). Experience with ERP systems and strong interpersonal skills: teamwork, decisiveness, and assertiveness. Ability to work autonomously in a newly forming team environment.
