Electrical Test Engineer- Chinese Mandarin Required

This global leader, with nearly $14 billion USD in sales, is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to join its growing plant in Mexicali, BC, Mexico. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting production programs, developing electrical testing procedures, and ensuring product quality and compliance with customer requirements in the datacom and telecommunications industries. THE POSITION Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, the Electrical Test Engineer is responsible for meeting production program requirements, implementing testing methods and processes, defining production standards, designing workflows, and optimizing resources through the effective use of equipment, tools, and materials. Key Responsibilities: Develop electrical test procedures. Maintain records of test qualifications, work instructions, customer requirements, and proposals. Manage simulation requests required by customers. Collaborate with customers to align on product specifications. Implement corrective actions for failures identified during internal and customer testing. Analyze customer returns and implement improvements to minimize error escapes. THE CANDIDATE Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Industrial, or related Engineering field. Experience and Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in tool design. Experience in programming automated equipment. Knowledge of AutoCAD. Project management experience. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese Mandarin.
