You'll handle outreach calls, intake screenings, and data entry, helping families move smoothly into benefits verification and authorization. This role requires empathy, strong communication, and comfort with both phone-based work and CRM systems.What Were Looking ForPrior experience in ABA therapy or autism care (required)High English fluency (spoken and written)Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred2+ years in patient intake, healthcare ops, or customer serviceComfortable with high call volume and detailed data entryExperience with Salesforce or similar CRMEmpathetic, organized, and detail-orientedFlexible to support evenings or weekends when neededResponsibilitiesCall prospective families promptly after online sign-upsConduct intake screenings and gather missing informationBuild trust and provide empathetic support to familiesLog and manage intake data accurately in SalesforceQualify, convert, or close leads as appropriateFollow up with cold or unresponsive leadsCollaborate with intake managers and cross-functional teamsFollow SOPs, scripts, and quality standards
