About Seamless Assist Seamless Assist connects growing businesses with skilled virtual professionals to help streamline operations, boost visibility, and scale smarter. Were expanding our client support services and seeking a Marketing Manager who can lead strategy, execution, and performance tracking for both internal and client-facing marketing initiatives. Role Overview As a Marketing Manager, you will take charge of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing projects across various platforms, and supporting business goals through effective branding, campaigns, and lead generation. You will collaborate with VAs, designers, content creators, and clients to execute integrated marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Campaign Management Develop marketing strategies aligned with business and client goals Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, etc.) Create client-specific marketing roadmaps, funnels, and content plans Monitor trends and recommend adjustments based on performance Performance & Analytics Track KPIs for campaigns (CTR, leads, conversions, engagement, etc.) Analyze marketing data to guide decision-making Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights Team & Project Oversight Manage and delegate tasks to VAs and creative team Oversee content calendar, copywriting, and creative approvals Ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms Conduct reviews and QA of marketing outputs before delivery Client Engagement (if client-facing) Attend client meetings to present plans and progress Align marketing activities with client expectations and business type Educate clients on performance and next steps Qualifications & Skills Must-Have: 5+ years experience in digital marketing or similar role Hands-on experience with social media ads, email campaigns, and funnels Strong knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, Go HighLevel is a plus) Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects across industries Nice-to-Have: Agency or VA team management background Graphic design or video editing basics Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, GHL Workflows, etc.) Experience working with coaches, consultants, or e-commerce brands Soft Skills We Look For: Strategic and critical thinker Excellent time management and prioritization Proactive, confident, and accountable Client-focused mindset Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote teams What We Offer: 100% remote setup with flexible hours Exposure to various industries and clients Opportunities for professional development Performance bonuses and incentives A fun, collaborative virtual work culture
