Demand Planner

You will work closely with our General Manager in Mexico, the local sales team, and the production team in China, analyzing historical usage and future projections to align production with market demand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, business projections, and market trends.
Collaborate with the General Manager and the local sales team to gather insights on customer forecasts and commercial activity.
Work closely with the production team in China to align demand plans with manufacturing capacity.
Monitor forecast accuracy and implement adjustments based on key metrics and supply constraints.
Use NetSuite ERP to manage forecasts, generate reports, and ensure data integrity.
Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes, providing demand and inventory insights and analysis.
Prepare regular reports on forecast performance, inventory health, and supply risks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning in a multinational or international environment.
Proven experience with NetSuite ERP.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of additional planning or analytical tools is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the textile, apparel, or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of supply chain operations in China or Asia.

Salary: $40,000 MXN Gross + Benefits by law
