Objetivo del puesto:

Garantizar el desarrollo, bienestar y retención del talento dentro de IKAN EXPERIENCE, asegurando que los procesos de reclutamiento, capacitación, cultura organizacional y administración del personal se lleven a cabo de forma eficiente, alineados con los valores y objetivos de la empresa.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Reclutador internacional.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes de inducción, capacitación y desarrollo profesional.
  • Implementar políticas de desempeño, clima laboral y retención de talento.
  • Gestionar incidencias, altas, bajas.
  • Control de vacaciones y beneficios.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la las políticas internas.
  • Organizar actividades de integración, eventos internos y programas de bienestar.
  • Actuar como enlace entre dirección y colaboradores, promoviendo comunicación transparente.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de employer branding y cultura organizacional.

Perfil profesional:

  • Formación:
     Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración o afines.
  • Experiencia:
     2–5 años en áreas de Recursos Humanos, preferentemente en empresas de servicios o turismo.
  • Competencias técnicas:
  • Manejo de plataformas de reclutamiento y gestión (OCC, LinkedIn, Crehana).
  • Capacidad para desarrollar manuales, políticas y procesos.

Habilidades blandas:

  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Empatía y manejo de conflictos.
  • Liderazgo positivo y trabajo en equipo.
  • Organización, proactividad y discreción.
  • Visión estratégica para desarrollo de talento.
