About our client
Our client, a leading global private equity real estate fund, is expanding its national footprint and strengthening its presence in Mexico's real estate market. As part of this growth strategy, the firm has created this new and exciting new role for a senior Leasing Manager to drive its commercial initiatives across the western region of the country. the position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico

What the job involves

  • Manage daily leasing responsibilities in the occidental region of Mexico, assisting the property management team and internal stakeholders with customer interactions, acquisitions, development, and dispositions
  • Ensure a high occupancy rate through efficient promotion and marketing of properties to prospective tenants
  • Develop and oversee connections with current clients and business partners
  • Provide continuous assistance for development activities such as evaluating the market, designing buildings and parks, and initiating and negotiating deals
  • Connect with current and potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Create lease offers and discuss business conditions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and lease agreements

Who we are looking for

  • Extensive expertise in Mexico's real estate sector, specifically within industrial properties, acquired from experience at a private equity firm, bank, developer, or major industry participant in the Guadalajara region
  • Practical involvement in investment, construction, development, and property management of industrial real estate projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal and marketing capabilities, including the capacity to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds, thriving in a dynamic an unpredictable setting
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, engineering, or another related field
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
