Americas Cluster Operations Team
We are the Americas Cluster Operations Team, a critical component of a leading global technology enterprise's infrastructure strategy. Our mission is to ensure the highly efficient, stable, and secure operation of the operational environment across the Americas. We are dedicated to delivering "last mile customer value" from our operational facilities, providing a seamless, reliable, and highly efficient service experience.
Our team comprises dedicated professionals in Facilities, IT, and Asset Management, deeply experienced in large-scale system operations, possessing comprehensive capabilities from daily operations to strategic planning:
Facilities Team: Responsible for 24x7 uninterrupted operations and emergency response of critical physical support systems within the large operational environment, including electrical, HVAC, and fire suppression. We ensure physical environment stability and sustainable operations through rigorous capacity management and energy efficiency optimization.
IT Team: Manages the full lifecycle operations of IT equipment like servers and networks within the operational environment. We ensure high SLA compliance for IT services through proactive systemic risk governance, automation, and process optimization, while leading various technology upgrade projects.
Asset Team: Oversees the full lifecycle management and governance of IT assets. We ensure asset compliance, visibility, and efficient utilization through precise data management, risk control, and cost-efficiency strategies.

We serve as the robust foundation for the enterprise's business growth in the Americas, providing powerful and trustworthy infrastructure assurance through professionalism, innovation, and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the full lifecycle management and strategic planning of operational assets (including but not limited to hardware equipment, software licenses, service contracts, etc.) within the Mexico region and support overall Americas cluster.
2. Lead the optimization and improvement of asset management processes, ensuring the accuracy, security, and compliance of asset information, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
3. Plan and implement asset inventory, data governance, and audit projects to ensure consistency between asset data and physical assets.
4. Analyze asset operational data, identify potential risks, develop governance plans, and drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives in asset management.
5. Manage asset-related vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring their service quality and SLA compliance.
6. Develop annual asset management budgets, control costs, and conduct return on investment analysis to provide data support for decision-making.
7. Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Compliance, Procurement) to ensure asset management practices align with overall business objectives.
8. Responsible for team building and personnel management, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation, to enhance the team's professional capabilities.
9. Provide expert advice on asset allocation and utilization based on market trends and economic conditions.

Position Requirement

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in asset management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a management role; experience in multinational corporations is a plus.
3. In-depth knowledge of asset management principles, strategies, industry standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
4. Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills, capable of generating reports using business intelligence software.
5. Demonstrate outstanding communication, coordination, negotiation, and project management skills, capable of effectively managing complex relationships and multiple projects.
6. High sense of responsibility and professional ethics, capable of handling sensitive information.
7. Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively as a working language.
8. (Plus) Possession of CFA, PMP, CSCP, or related asset management professional certifications is a plus.
9. (Plus) Familiarity with asset management systems and tracking technologies is a plus.
