ML/GenAI Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative ML/GenAI Application Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI applications. About The Role
In this opportunity as ML/GenAI Application Engineer, you will:

• Deploy robust and scalable ML/GenAI applications using modern software engineering principles.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply software design patterns and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and extensible code.
• Conduct thorough unit testing and automated testing to ensure the reliability and performance of developed applications.
• Contribute to the architectural design of ML/GenAI systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Perform quality inspections of code and systems, identifying and resolving issues to maintain high standards.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, programming languages, and frameworks related to ML and GenAI.
• Document technical designs, processes, and operational procedures for developed applications.

About You
You're a fit for the role of ML/GenAI Application Engineer if your background includes:

• Strong proficiency in Computer Programming and Programming Languages especially Python.
• Strong server‑side development skills with practical experience or solid understanding of UI development using ReactJS.
• Experience optimizing complex data querying from Snowflake (and other relevant data sources) to ensure lightning-fast performance and responsiveness for our end-users.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in software development.
• Demonstrated experience integrating frontend components and backend APIs while maintaining high standards for UI/UX design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid understanding of Software Development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated experience with Software Design Patterns and their practical implementation.
• Experience with System Designs and IT Architecture principles, especially in distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Databasing concepts and experience with various database technologies.
• Strong understanding of Unit Testing and Automated Testing frameworks and practices.
• Experience with scaling and performance optimization for applications.
