About the Client:
The client is a fast-growing telecommunications solutions provider partnered with over 400 vendors. They specialize in offering VoIP services, currently focusing on RingCentral, and have an established team of virtual appointment setters based in the Philippines. With a strong emphasis on performance and growth, the client is expanding their sales team to support increasing lead volume and drive conversions.
About the Role
We are hiring a junior sales representative who will close warm leads generated by our appointment setters. This is a high-impact, growth opportunity for a hungry and coachable sales professional looking to build experience in B2B SaaS and VoIP solutions.
What You'll Do
- Handle 40+ warm leads per month from the appointment setting team
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and closing conversations for RingCentral
- Manage your pipeline and interactions in Go High Level CRM
- Coordinate contract signing and client onboarding
- Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion
- Follow up with leads and maintain your sales calendar
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Coachable attitude – eager to learn, improve, and grow
- Experience with any CRM platform (Go High Level is a plus)
- Reliable with a flexible work schedule based on appointment load
- Self-starter who is comfortable closing deals independently
