The Role
We're looking for a highly skilled Native Ads Media Buyer to take ownership of campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain, operating at scale and optimising daily for performance.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven native background, a strategic mindset, and genuine excitement about combining data, creativity, and AI to unlock growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, launch, optimise, and scale native advertising campaigns on Taboola & Outbrain
● Manage EDU lead gen funnels, advertorial/pre-sell pages, multi-step flows, and direct submit funnels
● Run daily optimisation cycles focused on ROAS, lead quality, CPL, CTR, and volume
● Drive rapid experimentation — testing creatives, headlines, images, angles, placements, LPs, audiences, and funnels
● Write high-converting headlines, angles, and advertorial copy (with support from creative + AI teams)
● Collaborate with design, AI content creators, devs, PM, and other buyers to build winning funnels
● Analyse performance data, spot trends early, and make proactive strategic decisions
● Use LLMs as extensions of your workflow — for copy ideation, angle generation, QA, insights, and process optimisation
● Leverage automation tools , n8n, or similar) to streamline tasks and improve output (preferred but not required)
● Stay informed on the latest native trends, compliance updates, and platform opportunities
What We're Looking For
● Native Ads experience is a MUST — Taboola and/or Outbrain ideal, but open to others
● Strong performance marketing background with experience scaling lead gen campaigns
● English-speaking, able to work 9am–6pm EST
● A data-driven thinker who enjoys owning results and pushing for better performance
● Curiosity + AI-first mindset: you embrace LLMs to move faster, test more, and work smarter
● Ability to work cross-functionally with creatives, devs, PMs, and other buyers
● Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with high test volume and daily optimisations
● Experience in EDU lead gen is a plus, but strong native performance experience is more important
● Experience branching into other verticals (finance, insurance, consumer services) is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15, $28,000.00 per month
