Responsabilities

• Ensure the availability of production equipment
• Compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Implementation and monitoring of TPM
• Ensure inventory of critical parts
• Statistics-based maintenance programs
• FMEA maintenance
• Ensure optimal use of production machinery and/or equipment by making all necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate the installation and commissioning of equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of engineering concepts in all areas (uses calculations to argue the feasibility or otherwise of improvement projects, to determine equipment/machinery capacities, to support business decision-making for the company, etc.)
• Focused on the use of technology tools or applications
• Five or more years of experience in the automotive industry (knowledge of automotive industry standards, policies, and procedures, as well as its processes and equipment/machinery)
• Focus on continuous improvement, supported by root cause analysis
• Management based on results in indicators
• Leadership

Experiences
Requieres:

• 5 or more years of experience in the automotive industry (knowledge of automotive industry standards, policies, and procedures, as well as processes and equipment/machinery).
• Experience in industrial maintenance (skilled in troubleshooting equipment/machinery failures machinery in any process, in the disciplines of controller programming, in programming in low- and high-level languages, in the implementation of preventive-predictive maintenance and maintenance reliability programs)
• English
