is looking for a passionate and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee full-cycle recruiting and create strong talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring needs.  The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across different departments and seniority levels
  • Support short-term, high-priority hiring needs during this temporary contract period
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through all stages of the interview process
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and near-term hiring needs
  • Conduct screening calls and coordinate interview and selection processes
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience
  • Assist with onboarding activities as needed
  • Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and role levels simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic, growing organization
  • Strong interview and assessment skills, including evaluating both technical and cultural fit
  • High comfort level using applicant tracking systems; FreshTeam experience is a plus
  • Ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract diverse, high-quality talent

Please note: This is a two to three-month temporary contract role with competitive pay.
