Support Agent

Propósito:

Resolver tickets de alta complejidad técnica, actuando como referente operativo y garantizando una experiencia de soporte excepcional.

Funciones:

  • Resolver y documentar incidencias avanzadas, integraciones y errores complejos.

  • Diagnosticar y replicar fallos para proponer soluciones estructurales.

  • Colaborar con producto y tecnología en la identificación de causas raíz.

  • Mantener y ampliar documentación técnica interna y artículos avanzados.

  • Asistir y orientar a agentes IC1–IC2 en casos críticos.

  • Dar seguimiento proactivo a casos escalados.

Requisitos:

  • 3+ años de experiencia en soporte técnico SaaS o software de gestión.

  • Manejo intermedio de plataformas, integraciones y flujos técnicos.

  • Dominio en análisis de logs.

  • Capacidad analítica y comunicación técnica clara.

  • Habilidad para documentar y priorizar tareas complejas.

  • Inglés avanzado (lectura técnica).

  • Deseable: manejo de Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk u otros sistemas de ticketing.
