Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Manager based in Mexico City, Mexico. The Medical Manager coordinates with the Medical Director, and the CEO, as well as chiefs of staff ensuring compliance with medical regulations and top quality service. Responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, supervising and resolving issues with the staff and coordinating strategies with the chiefs of staff, as well as central the central administrative unit and other managers. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure the highest standards of medical care. This role collaborates with directive positions both from customers and inside the company.

Salary

Average 40,000 depending on experience.

All benefits exceed legal requirements.

Growth

The position is expected to grow into the Administrative Director of the Company if performance matches expectations for this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Medicine and Medical Affairs.
  • Experience in Hospitals, healthcare and service centers.
  • Ability to resolve issues with personnel and different teams.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mexico City, Mexico.
  • Experience in radiology, oncology, outpatient units or clinics, as well as diagnostic units is a plus.
  • Medical degree preferred; business or administrative degrees are advantageous.
