Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily reporting activities to keep the team informed of purchasing metrics.
  • Prepare and send purchase orders, ensuring budget and delivery timelines
  • Assist buyers in data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Participate in digitalization projects to streamline purchasing processes.
  • Create visual aids for internal users of the digital platform to enhance understanding and usability.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to advance your skills in supply chain management.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and communication

Required Skills:

  • Pursuing a degree related to the position (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
  • More than one year remaining until graduation.
  • Proficiency in conversational English.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in supply chain management.
  • Effective communication
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Analytical skills for decision-making
