En Growth HR estamos en la búsqueda de un Chief IA Officer para para importante fintech de servicios financieros de México.

En su rol será responsable de Diseñar, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia de inteligencia artificial en toda la organización, transformando los datos en activos de valor basada en IA, maximizando impacto y mitigando riesgos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Definir la estrategia integral de IA de la compañía, alineada a objetivos de negocio, regulación financiera y riesgos tecnológicos.
  • Identificar e impulsar casos de uso de alto impacto en IA generativa, predicción de riesgo, prevención de fraude, personalización de servicios, scoring crediticio y automatización de procesos financieros.
  • Colaborar con CTO, CDO, CIO y líderes de producto para garantizar una implementación transversal de soluciones de IA.
  • Evaluar, seleccionar y supervisar modelos, herramientas y plataformas (OpenAI, Azure AI, Vertex AI, etc.).
  • Establecer principios y políticas de ética, transparencia, explainability y gobernanza de IA.
  • Monitorear y anticipar la evolución regulatoria y tecnológica en el ámbito financiero (ej. EBA, BCE, CNMV, GDPR, etc.).
  • Representar a la organización en foros estratégicos sobre innovación, IA y regulación

Se requiere:

  • Al menos 10 años en entornos de transformación digital, innovación o tecnología.
  • 5 años liderando proyectos complejos de IA o Advanced Analytics en banca, fintech, seguros o consultoría para el sector financiero.
  • Experiencia previa en la gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios (Data, ML, IA, Producto).

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Modelos de ML/DL, LLMs, NLP, Generative AI.
  • MLOps, RAG, privacidad diferencial, detección de sesgos.
  • Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Cumplimiento normativo (IA Act, GDPR, ISO/IEC
  • Métricas de impacto: ROI, eficiencia, accuracy, risk mitigation.
