Job Summary

Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que crean productos excelentes y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, buscamos un Profesionista en Desarrollo ubicado en Aguascalientes.

Brindar apoyo a los departamentos de ingeniería, principalmente al equipo de Nuevos Proyectos. Fabricación de metal.

Cómo es un día típico:

  • Realizar análisis de diseño orientado a manufacturabilidad (DFM) para nuevos productos y cambios de ingeniería.
  • Colaborar con ingeniería de producto para identificar oportunidades de mejora en diseños existentes.
  • Participar en revisiones técnicas y soportar la integración de retroalimentación de manufactura.
  • Modelar y modificar componentes y ensambles en SolidWorks siguiendo estándares de la empresa.
  • Generar y actualizar planos 2D, modelos 3D y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Apoyar en la validación dimensional y funcional de prototipos.
  • Soportar el área de pintura y ensamble de productos.
  • Ajustar parámetros de corte basados en materiales, espesores y requerimientos de calidad.
  • Documentar y mantener actualizados los programas y rutas de manufactura.
  • Elaborar y actualizar documentación técnica: instructivos de trabajo, hojas de operación, diagramas de proceso, especificaciones y listas de materiales.
  • Mantener control de versiones y garantizar alineación con estándares internos.
  • Participar en entrenamientos internos relacionados con diseño, manufactura, seguridad y procesos clave.
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico básico a operadores y técnicos en temas relacionados con programación, interpretación de planos o procesos.
  • Apoyar proyectos de mejora continua orientados a reducción de scrap, optimización de tiempos de ciclo y eficiencia operativa.
  • Recopilar datos de proceso y generar reportes para toma de decisiones.
  • Implementar cambios menores aprobados en procesos o documentación.
  • Colaborar con áreas de manufactura, calidad, mantenimiento y diseño para facilitar el desarrollo de proyectos.
  • Participar en juntas de seguimiento, reportar avances y documentar conclusiones.

La experiencia que buscamos sumar a nuestro equipo:

  • Recién egresado o estudiante de último semestre de ingeniería mecánica / Industrial
  • Conocimiento de maquinaria y equipo.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Excel.
  • Horario de tiempo completo (8:00 am- 5:00 pm)
  • Liderazgo.
  • Habilidades de trabajo en equipo.
  • SolidWorks.
  • Ingles intermedio-avanzado es un plus
