We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team in the Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over 2 years in a Quality Management role within the Automotive Metalworking/Welding Industry. This role is critical for ensuring full customer satisfaction through the maintenance and continuous improvement of our quality management system and processes. Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills are a must.
This position manages and directs all employees of the Quality Assurance department and is directly responsible for performance management, coaching, and hiring within the team.
Requirements
Required Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
2+ years of progressive experience as a Quality Manager within the Automotive Metalworking/Welding sector, combined with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments and satisfying customers.
Essential experience with welding processes and deep understanding of quality requirements related to manufactured metal components.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
Expertise in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and 8D Problem Solving).
