Estamos en búsqueda del mejor Product Operations Supervisor para nuestro equipo de Payments MX. Debe ser alguien que sea sienta cómodo en un ambiente ágil y dinámico, capaz de llevar a cabo procesos detallados y hacer análisis para potenciar la mejora de nuestros productos. Este es un cargo de alto impacto y relación con muchas áreas de Toku.

Descripción

  • Serás el responsable de ejecutar y supervisar la operación de nuestros productos de pagos en México. Serás el encargado que todo funcione como reloj.
  • Ejecución de procesos de nuestros productos de pagos.
  • Tendrás que identificar y diagnosticar problemas técnicos para promover la mejora continua en la operación de nuestros productos.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de tecnología y otros departamentos para resolver problemas de manera ágil y eficiente para asegurar un funcionamiento correcto
  • Aportar con nuevas ideas de mejora en el área y Toku en general

Requerimientos
Conocimiento de los productos de pago bancarios, especialmente Domiciliación Bancaria y Cargo Recurrente a Tarjeta.

Alta motivación, proactividad y sentido de urgencia.

Alta capacidad ejecutiva y detallista en la realización de tareas. Disciplina y detalle.

Pasión por mejorar y optimizar procesos.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en nuestras oficinas con 100% de presencialidad en nuestras oficinas de CDMX.

Conocimientos de SQL.
