About the role

Join Bloom Digitals and lead global campaigns for a world-class technology client. We're hiring a Senior Paid Media Strategist specialized in Google Ads, Meta Ads & DV360 — $32,000–$34,000 MXN/month, 100% remote, growth into leadership.

As a strategist, you'll translate business objectives into data-driven media plans, balancing creativity with analytics. You'll own forecasting, pacing, optimization, and reporting, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns deliver on both performance and brand objectives.

We're looking for a curious, agile professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about data-driven decision making, and can bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Execute Strategies: Develop and implement full-funnel, omnichannel paid media strategies across Search, Paid Social (FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, X), and Programmatic platforms.
  • Stakeholder Partnering: Collaborate with DMMs, PMMs, and Strategy Directors to align product marketing initiatives with paid media opportunities.
  • Forecasting & Pacing: Build accurate investment models, manage pacing, and provide proactive recommendations for optimization.
  • Campaign Leadership: Oversee execution details such as campaign launches, landing page strategy, and budget allocation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, scripts, and benchmarks that empower teams to make informed decisions.
  • Optimization & Testing: Run A/B tests, identify roadblocks, and partner with optimizers to continuously improve performance.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure finance, legal, and brand safety policies are fully integrated into campaign execution.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to guide innovation.

Key requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Paid Social, and Programmatic (DV360 preferred).
  • Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Analytics & Tools: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas) for forecasting and reporting.
  • A/B Testing & Reporting: Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze cross-channel experiments.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable telling a data-driven story to clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional management skills, with experience aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Language: B2 English

Desired skills

  • Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform (GMP), ad servers, and campaign optimization tools.
  • Experience with online tracking technologies and attribution modeling.
  • Background in website creation and landing page optimization.
