Actividades principales del rol:

· Desarrolla y colabora el plan de Desarrollo de cerveza y BAS del canal SIX dentro del AP (Crecimiento mismas tiendas y expansión) en coordinación con la Cadena SIX.

· Desarrolla y propone iniciativas que soportan el plan de cerveza y BAS tanto en la ejecución del BTL, CAPEX Comercial.

· Desarrolla la Película de Éxito de cerveza y BAS para el canal SIX considerando las dimensiones Consumidor, Cliente cadena y HMEX

· Desarrollar e implementar iniciativas enfocadas a ganar MS & FGP Incremental.

· Colabora estrategia promocional en coordinación con RMG, Regiones y cadena SIX.

· Colabora estrategia del portafolio del canal en coordinación con el equipo de Assortment y cadena SIX

· Monitorea el desempeño del canal y propone acciones para alinear los objetivos, además de colaborarlos con el equipo de Regiones, cadena SIX y OS.

· Colabora el plan de Expansión nacional en coordinación con el equipo de Growth planning, Regiones y expansión SIX, así como los recursos necesarios para realizarla.

· Monitorea la ejecución de las iniciativas de cerveza y BAS y propone acciones que apoyen a mejorar el performance

Requisitos

· Licenciatura / Ingenieria

· Experiencia de más de 5 años en Ventas, Trade Marketing, SIX, Ebussiness, Revenue Management

· Excel Avanzado

· Ingles intermedio

· Liderazgo, Colaboración, Habilidad de comunicación, Pensamiento crítico, Proactividad

· Entendimiento del shopper y categoría
