Grupo Sineva Inc. is looking for a strategic, high-compliance legal Consultant specializing in Immigration Law and operational excellence for a project-based contract.

This is your opportunity to take full ownership of our internal legal service delivery pipeline, from strategic compliance to operational Quality Assurance (QA). We need a results-obsessed consultant to manage the complexity of key investor visas (like E-2, L-1, H-1B), vet our corporate agreements, and align our legal service delivery directly with operational goals.

What You'll Deliver (Key Deliverables)

  • Legal Strategy & Visa Portfolio: Deliver a quarterly Visa Strategy and Risk Assessment Portfolio, mastering complex USA Non-Immigrant Visas and Canadian pathways.

  • Corporate Compliance & Contract Vetting: Produce a quarterly Global Legal Compliance Report, ensuring all contractor agreements and internal processes comply with Corporate and Contractual Law (USA/Colombia).

  • Service Quality & Process Optimization: Deliver a Weekly Service Delivery and QA Status Report, driving efficiency by proposing and implementing Process Improvement initiatives across legal workflows.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain high client retention and loyalty through proactive communication and rapid resolution of client concerns.

  • Reporting & Operational Oversight: Submit a Monthly Operations, Compliance, and Budget Report to provide full stakeholder visibility into the financial and operational health of the department.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Must-Have: 4+ years of experience specializing in US and Canadian immigration processes, particularly investor visas.

  • Must-Have: Strong knowledge of Corporate Compliance and Contract Vetting principles (USA context).

  • Must-Have: Proven experience implementing Quality Assurance protocols in a high-volume legal or operational environment.

  • Must-Have: A strategic mindset combined with excellent attention to detail and ability to track complex legal deadlines.

  • Ability to work quickly, apply common sense, and thrive in a feedback-driven environment.
