Your Impact
LATAM GBS Capex analyst will play a key role in the LATAM's Supply Chain Finance GBS team. This role is responsible for generating a CAPEX world class Global Business Service (GBS) for LATAM. Responsible of the signature process of CARs (Capital Appropiation Request) across LATAM, WBS elements creation, Capex reporting , and generating efficiencies. Also this role will evaluate Capex initiatives (500 MUSD for Multicountry OUs and 1 MMUSD for one single country OUs ) Interact with OUs Capex, Ops, Sales and control teams to deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete Capex signature process.
• WBS element (PEP element) creation request and its follow-up.
• Responsible for updating capex library with all final capex released once the WBS element is created.
• CAPEX Latam actuals and fcst reporting, Power BI update & management.
• Actuals and fcst depreciation tracking.
• Responsible for updating investment fcst for Strategic CoC
• Responsible to evaluate iniatives (multicountry 500 MUSD and one single country 1MMUSD)
• Consolidation of fcst of Capex and Opex.
• Update TNA of capex authorization and ensure compliance in each CAR sent to firms.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

• 2 Years of experience
• Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
• Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point
• Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preferred
• Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
