Job Description
Role Purpose
The
Deployment Consultant
will act as the strategic project lead for rolling out instructor-led and virtual instructor-led learning solutions across global and regional markets, ensuring consistent execution, governance, and impact.

This is not a back-office coordination role. It is a forward-looking, influence-driven position for a high-performing consultant who wants to shape learning delivery, challenge assumptions, and directly enable organizational capability across a complex, multicultural environment.

Key Accountabilities
Learning Deployment & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end deployment of new and updated courses, applying rigorous project management discipline to ensure successful launches globally and regionally.
• Manage pilot activities, trainer sourcing, and local certification to guarantee readiness and quality of delivery.
• Serve as the single point of contact for deployment preparation, ensuring alignment with client stakeholders, GP global/regional teams, and suppliers.

Stakeholder Engagement & Needs Analysis

• Partner with senior stakeholders, including Heads of Learning and Learning Managers, to understand organizational learning needs and how they support business objectives, values, and culture.
• Act as trusted advisor to regional and local learning leads, providing subject matter expertise on deployment best practices and course catalogue optimization.
• Identify unmet training needs and support clients in sourcing new content to close capability gaps.

Operational Excellence & Governance

• Ensure accurate class data entry into demand planning processes, enabling scheduling and service order generation.
• Lead demand planning meetings to provide visibility into delivery schedules, manage cancellations, and optimize resource allocation based on volume and budget insights.
• Liaise with internal GP service areas and external suppliers to ensure contractual deliverables and administrative requirements are met.
• Proactively report risks and issues, driving mitigation actions to safeguard project outcomes.

Communication & Change Management

• Manage course-specific communication needs, coordinating updates to communication and marketing calendars with GP and client administration teams.
• Oversee scope changes, completing change requests as necessary to maintain governance and alignment.

Candidate Profile
Experience & Capability

• Degree qualified (Bachelor's or equivalent).
• Proven experience in the learning field with broad knowledge of learning interventions.
• Demonstrated success in deploying blended learning solutions (e-learning, VILT, ILT, Modern Learner).
• Experience managing large-scale initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as critical path, critical chain, and agile.

Desired Qualifications

• Working knowledge of organizational development interventions and matrix dynamics.
• Prior consulting experience with senior leaders on business and learning strategy.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience designing blended learning solutions.
• Multi-cultural exposure and experience in leadership/management training.
• Understanding of labor market dynamics and experience writing proposals.
