We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance Systems Administrator
to support, configure, and continuously improve our finance ERP environment, primarily
Sage Intacct
. This role partners closely with the Accounting team to ensure system stability, provide user support, optimize financial processes, and drive efficiencies through reporting, automation, and ongoing system enhancements.

Initial Responsibilities (High-Level)

  • Administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the accounting ERP system (primarily Sage Intacct)
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical or process-related issues
  • Acting as the primary support resource for accounting system users
  • Partnering with accounting/finance to analyze current processes and recommend improvements or automations
  • Building, maintaining, and enhancing reports and dashboards in Sage Intacct
  • Supporting system updates, testing, and implementations
  • Training end users and creating internal documentation, user guides, and process manuals
  • Supporting integrations and system enhancements as business needs evolve

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Experience as a systems administrator, ERP analyst, or similar role supporting finance/accounting teams
  • Experience with system integrations or automation tools
  • Prior experience in multi-entity or complex accounting environments
  • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (or comparable ERP systems such as NetSuite), particularly in reporting and configuration
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting)
  • Ability to translate accounting needs into system solutions and reports
  • Experience working cross-functionally with accounting and finance teams
