1. Requisitos:

  • Experiencia minima de 5 años en la industria automotriz, específicamente en áreas de calidad, producción o ingeniería.
  • Mínimo 3 años en posición de liderazgo (Supervisor, Coordinador o Manager).
  • Experiencia sólida en:-IATF 16949 e ISO 9001-PPAP / APQP-Auditorías de proceso y producto-Metodologías de resolución de problemas (8D, 5Why, DMAIC)-Procesos típicos automotrices (inyección, ensamble)

2. Escolaridad:

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, o carrera afín.
  • Deseable posgrado o diplomado en calidad, lean manufacturing o ingeniería de procesos.

3. Idiomas

  • Inglés (comunicación con clientes y corporativo)

4. Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar el área de calidad operativa en planta, coordinando inspecciones, control de procesos, contención y liberación de producto.
  • Gestionar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de los clientes, incluyendo auditorías, PPAP, APQP, CQIs, y documentación requerida.
  • Dar seguimiento a reclamos de cliente, asegurando análisis 5Why, Ishikawa, acciones correctivas y sostenimiento.
  • Coordinar actividades de segregación, contención y revisión de producto no conforme.
  • Asegurar la correcta aplicación de herramientas de calidad: MSA, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, instrucciones de trabajo.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave: PPM, Scrap, FPY, tiempos de respuesta al cliente y desempeño del proceso.
  • Colaborar con producción, ingeniería y mantenimiento para la estabilidad del proceso y la reducción de variaciones.
  • Asegurar la ejecución de auditorías internas y externas (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, clientes automotrices).
  • Gestionar y desarrollar al equipo de inspectores, técnicos y supervisores de calidad.
  • Participar en la definición de criterios de calidad cuando se introducen nuevos productos o cambios de ingeniería.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, disciplina operativa y políticas corporativas.
