NPI Engineer

Entry/Junior level

Onsite - Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform process validations as required:
    IQ/OQ/PQ, TMV, Software Validation; generate protocols and test reports.
  • Support production floor with training and conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities.
  • Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, planning and technical aspects of equipment and production line.
  • Production line data analysis (downtime, financial scrap)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing documents
    (TR, TRP's, Control Plan, MS, I-Sheets, MVP, Set Up, others)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments (Quality, Manufacturing, Finances, Planning).
  • Work experience in Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
  • Experience in Equipment inventory, preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Work on Non-Conformances in Quality System.
  • Ability to Execution and implementation of engineering projects.
  • Authors and reviews technical protocols, reports, standards and change orders.
  • Release engineering documentation and bill of materials.
  • Upper intermediate or Advanced English is required.
