NPI Engineer
Entry/Junior level
Onsite - Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua.
Responsibilities:
- Perform process validations as required:
IQ/OQ/PQ, TMV, Software Validation; generate protocols and test reports. - Support production floor with training and conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities.
- Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, planning and technical aspects of equipment and production line.
- Production line data analysis (downtime, financial scrap)
- Knowledge of manufacturing documents
(TR, TRP's, Control Plan, MS, I-Sheets, MVP, Set Up, others) - Ability to work collaboratively with different departments (Quality, Manufacturing, Finances, Planning).
- Work experience in Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Experience in Equipment inventory, preventive maintenance schedule.
- Work on Non-Conformances in Quality System.
- Ability to Execution and implementation of engineering projects.
- Authors and reviews technical protocols, reports, standards and change orders.
- Release engineering documentation and bill of materials.
- Upper intermediate or Advanced English is required.
