Your position

As a
Warehouse Line Leader
, you will report directly to the
Head of Logistics Tlalnepantla
and play an integral role in the team.

You will:

  • Control incoming and outgoing goods based on established records and procedures and company policies.
  • Control the different warehouses we have on site and off site.
  • Verify the locations of materials on site on a daily basis.
  • Control the material requested by production planners vs. what is delivered to production.
  • Ensure inventory reliability above 95% physical vs. system.
  • Perform monthly cycle counts.
  • Good management of personnel in charge.

Your profile

RHI Magnesita is seeking a highly qualified and motivated warehouse manager in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. As warehouse supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper flow of materials, coordinating staff, maintaining accurate inventories, and ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently, orderly, and in accordance with established procedures.

    ENGLISH

  • The ideal candidate will
    combine technical expertise with strong analytical capabilities and a critical mindset to challenge data
    , improve processes, and ensure the highest standards.

  • Excellent Strategic, Problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

Education and Professional Background:

  • 2 years' of experience as a production supervisor or similar position
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process, Materials or related
  • Experience in areas of Safety, Quality, Maintenance in manufacturing industry is preferred

Technical and Core Competencies

  • Knowledge of Product storage
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • High proficient with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Can work independently
  • Process improvement driven
  • Delegate, recognize and develop potentials: Motivate achieve optimal performance to achieve optimum performance
